The first website I have found that actually works with minimum effort is Postloop.
Postloop works like this: you get paid to post comments on forums. On the Postloop website is a list of forums you can register on. Once you register for a forum and link it to your Postloop account (which is easier than making fun of Justin Bieber) you can start posting comments on the forums. Each comment earns you points, and as soon as you accumulate 100 points you get paid out $5 into your paypal account. It might not seem a lot, but its the most money you can get for the least effort of all the schemes I have ever tried online.
